6. back stance reverse “target punch’ with your right hand to your left.
7. look behind you, right leg side kick.
8. land facing the front, in a back stance knife hand double middle block.
9. step forward with your right leg, front leg jumping side kick.
10. land in a back stance knife hand strike.
11. turn 270 degrees left, back stance forearm double low block.
12. move your left leg forward into a front stance high grab, knee strike.
13. turn 180 degrees left, front stance reverse ridge hand strike. (Kihap)
14. right leg front sole round kick, left leg straight back.
15. land with your left foot forward as you turn 180 degrees right back stance knife hand double middle block.
16. side kick with your left leg, land with your feet together.
17. step foreword with your right leg, stick block.
18. jump and spin 360 degrees right, land in a back stance knife hand double middle block.
19. step forward with your left leg, front stance low reverse palm strike.
20. move your left leg back into a back stance “high-low block”.
21. step forward with your right leg, front stance high inverted spear finger strike.
22. turn 270 degrees left, front stance forearm double high block.
23. step forward with your right leg, back stance inside forearm block, back fist punch.
24. pivot 180 degrees left, back stance forearm double middle block.
25. right leg side kick, left leg side kick.
26. turn 180 degrees right, front stance knife hand “X” low block, lift the block to the middle.
27. step forward with your left leg, front stance double palm strike.
28. turn 180 degrees right, front stance high block, left middle reverse punch. (Kihap)
