Won Hyo was the monk who introduced Buddhism to the Korean people.


This form begins and ends in closed stance "A".

1. Turn 90 degrees left, back stance forearm double high block
2. high reverse knife-hand strike
3. step into a left riding stance side punch
4. turn 180 degrees right, back stance forearm double high block
5. high reverse knife-hand strike
6. step into a right riding stance side punch
7. turn 90 degrees left, left leg side kick,
8. land forward, back stance knife-hand double middle block
9. step forward, back stance knife-hand double middle block
10. step forward, back stance knife-hand double middle block
11. step forward, front stance spear-finger strike & Kihap
12. turn 270 degrees left, back stance forearm double high block
13. high reverse knife-hand strike
14. step into a left riding stance side punch
15. turn 180 degrees right, back stance forearm double high block
16. high reverse knife-hand strike
17. step into a right riding stance side punch
18. turn 90 degrees left, bring your right foot to your left foot, step forward with
your left foot, reverse forearm circle block
19. right leg front kick
20. left front stance reverse punch
21. left reverse forearm circle block
22. left leg front kick
23. right front stance reverse punch
24. right leg side kick, put your right leg down next to your left leg
25. turn 270 degrees left back stance forearm double middle block
26. turn 180 degrees right back stance forearm double middle block & Kihap
