Koreyo was one of the original three kingdoms of Korea.


1. turn 90 degrees left, knife hand double middle block
2. double side kick, front stance knife hand strike, reverse punch, step into a right back stance single middle forearm block
3. turn 180 degrees right, knife hand double middle block
4. double side kick, front stance knife hand strike, reverse punch, step into a left back
stance single middle forearm block
5. turn 90 degrees left, front stance single knife hand low block, reverse arc-hand strike
6. right front kick, front stance single knife hand low block, reverse arc-hand strike
7. left front kick, left front stance single knife hand low block, reverse arc-hand strike
8. right front kick, front stance low reverse arc hand strike & kihap
9. step forward with your left leg and pivot 180 degrees right, front stance spread middle block
10. left front kick, left front stance low reverse arc hand strike
11. step back, walking stance spread middle forearm block
12. turn 90 right by stepping back with your right leg into a left back stance single knife hand block
13. target punch, "X" step left side kick,
14. turn 180* right front stance low reverse palm strike, step back with your right leg walking stance low block,
15. step forward into a left walking stance middle palm block
16. step forward into a right side stance elbow strike
17. step back with your right leg into a right back stance single knife hand block
18. target punch, "X" step right side kick,
19. turn 180 degrees right front stance low reverse palm strike
20. step back with your left leg walking stance low block,
21. step forward into a right walking stance middle palm block
22. step forward into a left side stance elbow strike
23. bring your right leg to your left leg, lift both arms high over your head and down into a low target punch
24. turn 180 degrees left into a walking stance knife hand strike, knife hand low block
25. step forward into a right walking stance inverted knife hand strike, knife hand low block
26. step forward into a left walking stance inverted knife hand strike, knife hand low block
27. step forward into a right front stance arc-hand strike & kihap
